Our Housing Approach
Infinite Tiny Homes employs a mixed affordable-housing model to ensure long-term community impact. We serve a diverse range of individuals, including veterans seeking stability, older adults looking for manageable independence, people with disabilities requiring accessible living, and working individuals and families striving for a firm foundation.
Our approach strictly adheres to all fair-housing requirements, ensuring that every resident is treated with dignity and has equal access to the opportunities our community provides. By integrating supportive services with housing, we create a path for residents to thrive independently.
More Than a Home
Housing → Stability → Support → Opportunity → Greater Independence. We believe that a tiny home community is a foundation for a stronger life, providing not just shelter but a comprehensive roadmap to personal growth and self-sufficiency for all our residents.
Infinite Tiny Homes is currently in the planning and development phase. We are active in identifying potential land, developing key partnerships across Massachusetts, and exploring sustainable funding opportunities. Our first phase is a ten-home community concept designed to set a standard for affordable cohousing. Note: While specific renderings of this initial community are still being finalized, our vision for a welcoming and tranquil space remains central to every decision.
A Vision Grounded In Dignity
We envision a future where supportive, tiny-home housing is accessible, dignified, and seamlessly woven into the fabric of our communities. Our commitment to creating these pathways to homeownership and stability is unwavering. As we move forward, we invite partners and neighbors to join us in building a community that values every individual’s potential. A Place to Live. A Path to Thrive.

A letter from our founder
Dear Friends, Neighbors, Future Residents, Partners, and Supporters,
Welcome to Infinite Tiny Homes.
Infinite Tiny Homes began with a simple belief: everyone deserves a safe, affordable place to call home and an opportunity to build a more stable future.
Our vision goes beyond building tiny houses. We are working toward a thoughtfully designed community where dignity, accessibility, independence, opportunity, and connection are built into the neighborhood from the beginning.
Our proposed first phase includes 10 tiny homes, including ADA-accessible options, along with a Resource Center and welcoming community spaces. We are also exploring a mixed housing model that may provide affordable rental housing, supportive housing, and pathways toward homeownership.
When I look at our community concept, I don't just see ten houses. I see ten front doors and ten opportunities for a new beginning. I see an older adult living more independently, a veteran finding stability, a person with a disability living in an accessible home, and a working individual or family having an affordable place from which to build their future.
Infinite Tiny Homes is currently in the planning and development phase. We are identifying potential land, developing partnerships, exploring funding opportunities, and completing the work necessary to turn this vision into a real Massachusetts community.
There is still a journey ahead, and we cannot do it alone. It will take residents, community organizations, municipalities, housing professionals, funders, businesses, landowners, and supporters working together.
Ten homes may seem small compared with the housing challenges facing our communities. But for the ten households who will one day receive those keys, the impact could be life-changing.
One home can create stability. One opportunity can change a future. Ten homes can begin a community.
Thank you for believing in our vision and following our journey as we work to create a place to live and a path to thrive.
With gratitude and hope,
Building Stable Homes. Stronger Lives. Brighter Futures.
