Practical support. Personal choice.
Housing stability can be strengthened by access to the right information, services and support. Infinite Tiny Homes proposes a Resource Center where residents can find a welcoming starting point, private meeting space and opportunities to learn and connect.

Case management and navigation
Help identifying goals and connecting with benefits, healthcare, employment and community resources.
Classes and activities
Practical workshops and resident-led opportunities for learning and connection.
Proposed Services
Counseling access
Appointments or referrals through appropriately qualified providers, subject to agreements and available funding.
Housing support
Orientation, repair reporting, accommodation requests and help understanding community procedures.
Homeownership readiness
Budgeting, buyer education and connections to qualified lending and housing-counseling resources.
How Support Would Work
After move-in, residents would be offered orientation and a voluntary conversation about their goals. With consent, staff could help make referrals and follow up. Housing management and confidential counseling records would be handled separately. Proposed services depend on qualified partners, funding and final program design.
Clear expectations
The concept does not include 24-hour on-site care or emergency medical services. Service hours, providers and response procedures are not yet finalized. In an emergency, contact emergency services.

Inside the Resource Center
The 1,000-sq-ft planning program includes reception and waiting space, a classroom, one counselor office, one case manager office, restrooms, storage and a kitchenette. Front and side entrances and accessible circulation are part of the design intent.
