Help identify approximately 2–2.5 mostly usable acres in Massachusetts, with practical access, utilities and local services.
Bring expertise in affordable housing development, architecture, civil engineering, construction, financing or condominium law.

Discuss funding for land investigations, design, legal structuring and financial planning.

For boards and prospective funders
The current proposal requests $225,000 in predevelopment support. The base capital planning allowance is $6,136,875, including homes, the Resource Center, site work, professional costs, contingencies, land, financing and opening reserves. These are estimates, not bids or committed funding. Recurring operating support will also be required.
