Our ten-home Phase 1 direction
Our current concept includes seven standard one-bedroom homes, one accessible one-bedroom, one standard two-bedroom and one accessible two-bedroom. A separate Resource Center and shared outdoor spaces support the community vision. New renderings show ramps at the two designated accessible homes. All drawings remain conceptual.
From concept to a development plan
The Phase 1 proposal now includes a start-to-ribbon-cutting plan, development-stage budgets and separate board and funder pitches. The next work centers on land feasibility, professional design, approvals and a sustainable funding model. No construction start or opening date has been confirmed.
Seeking the right partners
