Proposed Phase 1 Community • Currently in Planning & Development
Different Housing Paths. One Strong Community.
OUR HOUSING MODEL
Infinite Tiny Homes is developing a mixed-housing community designed to create affordable rental opportunities, supportive housing, and pathways toward affordable homeownership—all within one connected neighborhood.

Housing That Meets People Where They Are
Not every household needs the same type of housing. Infinite Tiny Homes is being designed around a flexible model that can provide stable affordable rental housing for some residents while creating pathways toward ownership for others.
The goal is to bring residents together in one inclusive community rather than separating people by housing type.
One Community. Multiple Pathways. Shared Opportunity.
Three Housing Pathways
AFFORDABLE HOMEOWNERSHIP
A Place to Call Your Own
Infinite Tiny Homes is exploring affordable condominium-style homeownership in which eligible residents could own their individual home/unit while the broader community property and shared areas are managed through an appropriate community ownership structure.

What Does Resident
Ownership Mean?
Homeownership Without Buying the Entire Property

The proposed ownership model is being explored as a condominium-style structure in which an eligible homeowner would purchase an individual unit rather than a separate parcel of land. Common property, maintenance responsibilities, fees, insurance, resale requirements, and governance would be established through the final condominium and affordability documents.
Keeping Homes Affordable
Affordable Today. Affordable Tomorrow.
Infinite Tiny Homes is exploring long-term affordability protections that could allow qualifying homeowners to build a reasonable amount of equity while helping ensure that homes remain affordable for future income-eligible buyers.

Future Affordability
Initial purchase structured around affordability.
Homeowners may have an opportunity to build limited equity.
Resale restrictions can help preserve affordability for the next household.
The final affordability period, resale formula, deed restrictions, condominium structure, lender requirements, and financing terms have not yet been established.

Participation in a future rent-to-own program would not automatically guarantee homeownership. Eligibility, purchase terms, financing requirements, affordability restrictions and program rules would be established before the program opens.
